For 30 years a shakey video of a tv playing a trailer is all we had left of the Toon Maker and Saban Sailor Moon western sailor moon adaptation, but thanks to the work of youtube user Ray Mona and the library of congress we now have a lot of this footage, and we're talking about it today!
